Candidates should possess over 10 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 3 years leading teams and complex product portfolios within the AdTech or MarTech sectors. Experience in developing and launching data-driven products across the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, and identity solutions, is essential. Proven ability to deliver end-to-end product roadmaps, balance technical depth with business outcomes, and execute in a timely manner is required. Experience in building and scaling product teams, providing mentorship, structure, and career development, is also necessary. Familiarity with Agile product development cycles, competitive analysis, product positioning, and go-to-market execution is expected. The role requires proficiency in communicating product updates to internal and external partners and representing the product in client and partner conversations. Preference for candidates located in or near New York City for occasional in-office collaboration.
The Director of Product Management will lead the vision and execution of Experian's Curation products, managing a team of Product Managers and partnering with engineering to deliver solutions that integrate identity, data, optimization, and platform capabilities. Responsibilities include owning the product's commercial success, including P&L accountability, pricing strategy, and packaging decisions. They will also guide and mentor the product management team, ensure understanding across Product, Technology, and Commercial teams, drive go-to-market planning and enablement, and measure product success through KPIs and commercial performance, iterating based on data-driven insights.
