Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 10 years of experience in product management, with a significant portion in a leadership role. Proven experience in a similar leadership role within market research, technology/data, or a related field is required, along with a strong understanding of the advertising technology ecosystem, particularly TV and video advertising. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, execute methodically, solve problems, and lead cross-functional teams with strong communication and interpersonal skills is essential. Experience with agile development methodologies and tools is also required.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Director of Product, Creative Assessment will evolve and align product vision with business objectives, drive market research to identify opportunities and customer needs, and create detailed product roadmaps. They will lead product development by collaborating with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams, and serve as the voice of the customer to incorporate feedback into product development. Additionally, they will define and track key performance indicators to measure product success, build and mentor a high-performing product management team, and effectively communicate product strategy and progress to stakeholders.
