Requirements

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred, along with 1-3 years of product management experience, ideally in AdTech or MarTech. Previous experience with linear, streaming, and/or social video ads is required, as is a strong problem-solving skill set, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments. Understanding of the advertising ecosystem and knowledge of audience datasets & privacy regulations are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager will drive product strategy and execution for cross-platform measurement solutions, gathering and analyzing user feedback to inform product decisions. They will translate business needs into user stories and product requirements for the engineering team, and work closely with scrum and engineering teams to define and manage the backlog. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, customer experience, marketing, and customer support is essential, as is establishing metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and adoption.
