A minimum of 7 years in partner success, strategic account management, or business operations is required, along with at least 3 years of people leadership experience. Strong analytical skills, experience managing collections, margin optimization, and partner-level P&L are essential, as is the proven ability to problem-solve, negotiate, lead cross-functional initiatives, and manage senior stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM systems and business intelligence tools is also necessary, along with experience managing large-scale B2B partnerships with measurable revenue or impact outcomes.
The Director of Partner Success will lead, develop, and scale a team, including Sr. Partner Performance Managers and Partner Onboarding Specialists. They will drive alignment on partner strategy, performance expectations, and success metrics across internal teams such as Operations, Product, Finance, and Compliance. This role involves managing and expanding executive-level relationships with partner organizations, monitoring and improving financial performance across accounts, and developing and executing partner retention strategies. Additionally, the Director will identify opportunities for account expansion, collaborate on strategic initiatives, and oversee operational delivery across partner programs to ensure high-quality execution and measurable results.
