Requirements

Responsibilities

The VP, Head of Marketing Analytics will lead the data-driven heartbeat of Marketing, driving insights for real-time visibility and decision-making from attribution to AI and pipeline to buying group insight. This role involves owning the data story, shaping models, serving as the go-to leader for marketing performance across the C-suite, and acting as a catalyst for marketing operations by defining key metrics and embedding an AI-native, data-driven mindset. Responsibilities include unifying the data backbone of Marketing, establishing key performance indicators, leading attribution and full-funnel visibility, modeling buying behavior, championing AI as a growth engine, partnering cross-functionally with stakeholders, scaling insights across the marketing organization, and leading a high-performance team.
