The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading operational strategy within a marketing, communications, or agency environment, along with a strong background in product development. They should also possess experience in managing vendor relationships and marketing technology stacks, and have a track record of developing reporting frameworks and managing client relationships, ideally as an executive sponsor.
This role is responsible for managing the performance and optimization of the MarComm department, developing and refining operational processes, and ensuring consistency in documentation and workflows. Responsibilities include overseeing Communication Agency product development initiatives, managing vendor relationships and the marketing technology stack, leading the development of reporting frameworks, and acting as an executive sponsor for key clients. The Senior Director will also own Annual Enrollment readiness, lead internal debriefs, build resource plans, and collaborate across functions to forecast project workloads.
