Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta), and analytics tools are essential. Familiarity with no-code platforms and prior startup experience are preferred qualifications.
The Director of Marketing will lead and oversee all marketing activities, including developing and implementing the marketing strategy, managing the budget, and driving brand awareness and sales growth. This role involves analyzing market trends, coordinating marketing campaigns, and aligning marketing goals with business objectives. Key responsibilities include developing and optimizing demand generation campaigns across various channels to drive user acquisition and trial starts, owning performance marketing and conversion funnels, and defining/tracking KPIs to evaluate campaign performance and channel ROI. The Director will also own the marketing roadmap and budget, execute the content marketing strategy, and build compelling narratives to position Thunkable as a leader in no-code and AI-powered development.
