The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a proven track record of developing strategies and applying tactical execution to achieve high growth targets, possessing a thorough understanding of the funnel from all sources, and experience with both product-led and sales-led motions. Strong collaboration with Sales is expected, and a global demand generation strategy leveraging all relevant marketing channels to generate high-propensity pipeline aligned with revenue objectives is required.
As Vice President of Demand Generation, the individual will lead the overall pipeline creation strategy and programs, managing critical areas of the marketing team including Global Campaigns, Field Marketing, ABM, and paid media/SEO. They will develop and execute a global demand generation strategy, manage the media budget and optimize campaign performance, lead global Field Marketing, ensure alignment with Field Sales, identify and execute digital campaigns, design and optimize clear funnels, and plan, execute, scale, and optimize high-performance ABM programs. This role will also involve collaborating with Sales, Finance, and product leadership across the organization.
