Director of Enterprise Sales (Web3 Focus)

Employment Type: Full-Time Location Type: Remote Salary: $265,625 - $296,875 OTE (US M5 level)

Position Overview

QuickNode is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Enterprise Sales with a strong focus on Web3 to join our dynamic Sales team. This role is critical in driving growth by owning the full sales cycle with large, strategic Web3 native customers. You will manage a team with a significant quota and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success and company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own and close complex, high-value enterprise deals with annual contracts ranging from $500K to $1M+.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution selling, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate with technical teams (Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering) to understand customer infrastructure needs and present tailored QuickNode platform solutions (RPC, APIs, data services).
  • Develop a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities through outbound efforts, partnerships, and industry relationships.
  • Lead executive-level conversations with key stakeholders such as CTOs, VPs of Product, Engineering Directors, and Procurement.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene (Salesforce).
  • Provide market feedback to Product and Marketing teams to influence product roadmap and positioning.
  • Represent QuickNode at industry events, conferences, and partner initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding quota, specifically selling into the Web3 space.
  • Experience selling infrastructure, cloud services, APIs, digital assets, and/or developer tools to technical buyers (e.g., comparable to AWS, Twilio, Datadog, Snowflake).
  • Proven sales experience within the blockchain/Web3 infrastructure industry, targeting crypto-native organizations, exchanges, or Web3 gaming companies.
  • Strong knowledge of smart contracts, nodes, RPC, and blockchain infrastructure.
  • Technical background or proficiency with APIs, cloud architectures, or developer tools.
  • Experience leading medium-sized teams.
  • Experience working in both large public companies and small startups.
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end enterprise sales process for 6–12 month deals involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Previous experience creating a vertical team go-to-market strategy.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and consultative selling skills.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth startup environments.
