This role seeks a Director of Engineering to lead, mentor, and scale our engineering team while driving technical excellence, execution, and innovation. It’s a blend of people management, squad execution oversight, and technical leadership, including hands-on guidance in AI coding adoption. As a key leader, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our teams deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that empower animal hospitals, veterinarians, and veterinary technicians.
