Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of years of experience in leadership roles within reputable IT companies in the Ohio Valley region, demonstrating a proven track record of carrying financial targets and driving substantial growth. They should have experience negotiating complex deals with high value and intricate terms and conditions, and a strong track record of coordinating direct and indirect sales efforts with multifunctional teams to achieve and exceed sales quotas. Experience selling high-end enterprise IT solutions, particularly those related to storage or backup, is preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a detailed territory strategy to surpass sales goals and objectives, leading and developing a high-performing sales team focused on GTM strategy and program execution, collaborating with all departments to ensure a fully functional sales organization, cultivating relationships with partners and customers, recruiting and cultivating a partner ecosystem, managing proof of concepts, and working closely with the extended team to generate new business opportunities.
