Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales - Ohio Valley

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales to lead a team of top performers focused on helping customers innovate in the world of data security. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a detailed territory strategy aimed at surpassing sales goals, objectives, and quotas.
  • Develop and nurture a sales team with a focus on GTM strategy and program execution.
  • Collaborate with all departments to improve revenue generation through cross-functional teamwork.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with partners and customers to discover potential business prospects.
  • Recruit and cultivate a partner ecosystem to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain a balance between running proof of concepts (POCs) and engaging with customers.
  • Work closely with the extended team (SE, Partner/Channel Manager, Inside Sales) to generate new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in carrying financial targets and driving substantial growth in the region.
  • Proven experience negotiating complex deals with high value and intricate terms and conditions.
  • Strong track record of coordinating direct and indirect sales efforts with multifunctional teams.
  • A self-starter who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and delivers results with limited direction.
  • Experience selling high-end enterprise IT solutions.
  • Knowledge of storage or backup solutions is a plus.
  • Minimum years of experience: Please review levelling guidelines in leadership roles within reputed IT companies in the region.
