Responsibilities

The Executive Director, Development Operations provides strategic direction across therapeutic areas and business units to ensure compliance and consistent delivery of the strategic partnership model. Responsibilities also include collaborating with leadership to improve partnership processes, supporting Business Development in securing new business through client presentations and proposal development, and potentially evaluating and implementing client-specific partnership business processes. The role requires communicating partnership expectations, managing operational, quality, and financial standards, ensuring follow-up on partnership-level actions, partnering with cross-functional leadership for process improvement, developing strong internal relationships for better information exchange and project delivery, and serving as a customer operations point of contact and escalation support.
