Strong relationships with marketers, agencies, and ATDs, or prior agency experience working with ad tech companies, are required, along with excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. A clear understanding of SSPs/exchanges and programmatic buying fundamentals is essential, and the ability to travel up to 30% is necessary. An MBA is a plus.
