Requirements

Candidates must have a BS/BA degree or equivalent experience, with 7+ years in online advertising (programmatic buying, account management, sales) and 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing revenue-focused sales or business development teams. Strong relationships with marketers, agencies, and ATDs, or prior agency experience working with ad tech companies, are required, along with excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. A clear understanding of SSPs/exchanges and programmatic buying fundamentals is essential, and the ability to travel up to 30% is necessary. An MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include growing senior-level partnerships, opening doors for new business, entrenching OpenX as a trusted partner, establishing market leadership in programmatic audience and identity, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver programmatic and identity-based solutions to clients.
