Requirements

The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing analysts or technical contributors, strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with BI tools, particularly Metabase, and the ability to design reporting systems that reflect real operational performance. A clear sense of urgency and ownership, along with a deep understanding of how data fuels business decisions and how bad metrics slow teams down, is also required.

Responsibilities

As the Business Intelligence Manager, you will own our Metabase infrastructure for Worker Ops reporting, covering funnel performance, shift coverage, and workforce quality. You will lead and manage a high-performing team of BI Analysts, pushing for speed, structure, and results, standardize KPI definitions, eliminate noise, and drive alignment on success, partner with operators and executives to shape ambiguous questions into clear analysis, flag problems before they become visible, and build reporting systems to prevent repeat issues. You will also support self-serve reporting while maintaining clarity and trust in the data, and collaborate with engineering and technical teams to resolve data issues and strengthen the backend.
