The Director will manage day-to-day team performance, facilitate goal setting, conduct one-on-one and team meetings, and collaborate with product owners to understand business requirements. They will contribute to continuous process improvements within IT, influence internal and external stakeholders, and refine processes for application development, release management, low code tasks, and testing.
