Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. A minimum of 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field, along with at least 5+ years in leadership roles demonstrating expertise in strategic planning and team leadership, are required. Strong proficiency in tools like SQL, Python, and PowerBI, including data modeling, segmentation, and performance measurement, is also necessary.
The Director, Marketing Insights & Analytics will develop and implement a comprehensive insights and analytics strategy aligned with business goals, partnering with cross-functional teams to define key metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies. They will uncover shopper preferences and behaviors to inform business strategies, analyze shopper data to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and identify innovative ways to communicate the impact of insights on sales and customer engagement. Furthermore, this role will lead and develop a team of analysts, foster a culture of collaboration, and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
