Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in GTM Systems, Business Systems, or Revenue Operations

  • Proven success in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the long-term strategic vision for the GTM tech stack, while overseeing its tactical and operational execution
  • Build the strategy and roadmap that balances ambitious, future-focused projects with iterative enhancements to support day-to-day business
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing GTM Systems team, investing in their technical, strategic, and collaborative skills development
  • Drive a culture of innovation by seeking new technologies and methodologies to optimize and improve operational efficiency across GTM, with AI at the core
  • Oversee the architecture, security, and performance of core GTM platforms, including Salesforce (Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud), Gong, Lusha, Cognism, Guru, Sana, Coda, Slack, Zapier, and emerging AI platforms like Gemini and Cassidy
  • Foster operational excellence in solution design, development, data governance, and user support, establishing and guiding best practices for reliable, scalable systems
  • Act as the primary business partner to senior leaders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Data & Insights, Product, and Finance, translating business strategy into scalable systems solutions
