Requirements

  • 10-15 years’ experience in product launches, go-to-market strategy, or related operational roles
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing new products to market in complex environments
  • Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making approach
  • Experience in framing complex problems and driving practical solutions
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated with a bias for action and results orientation
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • Preferred Experience
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies
  • Experience in management consulting or strategy, or operations roles
  • Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Automotive industry knowledge and experience an asset, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches
  • Create and manage detailed product launch roadmaps, timelines, and critical path elements
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment across key stakeholder groups
  • Define launch budget and commercial model, including pricing
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions
  • Design and implement effective sales enablement, training, and targets/incentives
  • Identify target customer groups and build sales and marketing campaigns
  • Develop metrics to measure GTM launch effectiveness and provide data-driven insights
  • Own operational onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Identify and mitigate launch risks through proactive planning and contingency development
  • Continuously refine and improve GTM launch capabilities based on learnings and best practices
