Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 10 years of management consulting experience and 7+ years in a strategic or commercial role within the enterprise software industry. A proven track record of supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and exceptional project management skills are required. Experience with leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Director, Executive Strategy will provide strategic counsel to the President, Global Customer Operations on external market matters, support industry thought leadership, and understand market landscapes. They will prepare the President for external engagements, stay at the forefront of AI innovation, and prepare executive presentations and reports. Responsibilities include building relationships with external stakeholders, evaluating communication activities using data, aligning Global Customer Operations strategy with growth targets, leading cross-functional strategic initiatives, and serving as a proxy for the VP, Global Customer Operations in select meetings.
