About the Role

We are looking for a Director of Strategy and Corporate Development to take the lead on identifying, evaluating, and executing opportunities to drive growth and/or operational excellence. • End-to-end ownership for high-priority cross-functional strategic projects, from ideation through to implementation and tracking.
  • Identify new opportunities to accelerate our core businesses, while also driving evaluation of future growth opportunities.
  • Research new markets, identify key trends, and translate data into actionable insights.

M&A

  • Drive the entire M&A process including inorganic strategies, market scans, target valuation, due diligence, and deal negotiations.
  • Partner with business leaders on strategy development, including identifying product gaps, evaluating build/buy/partner options, and collaborating on target selection criteria.
