Responsibilities

The Director of Strategy and Corporate Development will lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of growth and operational excellence opportunities, mirroring activities at top financial and consulting firms. Key responsibilities include evaluating M&A opportunities, investigating strategic initiatives, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, presenting findings to leadership, identifying core business issues, owning high-priority strategic projects from ideation to implementation, identifying opportunities to accelerate core businesses and evaluate future growth, researching new markets, translating data into actionable insights, driving the entire M&A process from market scans to deal negotiations, partnering with business leaders on strategy and build/buy/partner decisions, developing a pipeline of prospective targets, supporting M&A and investment opportunities through negotiation and due diligence, guiding post-acquisition integration, and developing industry networks to inform strategic discussions.
