Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience leading AI-powered initiatives and driving the adoption of AI technologies to enhance business processes and foster innovation. They will also need to drive cross-functional alignment, commitment, and collaboration towards a shared AI-powered transformation vision and priorities, and champion organizational change management activities to ensure transformation success tied to corporate OKRs. The role requires working in conjunction with technology and business leaders and cross-functional teams to successfully launch projects, interfacing with all levels of stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

The Vice President, Strategic Delivery Office will assist in prioritizing and driving the company's business transformation agenda from program inception to successful delivery execution across the organization. This includes mobilizing and aligning cross-functional efforts throughout the development cycle, executing plans and deliverables, ensuring organizational readiness, and managing launches to maximize outcomes across all business units. Key responsibilities include leading research and development efforts to advance AI capabilities, leading the intake and onboarding process for submissions to the SDO, collaborating to prioritize projects based on company objectives, actively participating in annual planning and governance processes such as portfolio review boards, and overseeing resource capacity planning processes to support quarterly reforecasts.
