The Senior Architectural Project Manager will be responsible for designing the physical space to launch microschools and building a system to successfully diligence, design, and build viable locations at scale throughout the US. This includes conducting initial code analysis and test fits to assess project feasibility and design potential. They will create detailed plans for project design, manage plan production for existing portfolio projects, and oversee permit management processes to ensure timely approvals and compliance. The role involves managing additional third parties such as civil engineers and fire and life safety specialists, and leveraging local relationships to streamline permitting and project execution. Identifying cost-saving opportunities through value engineering while maintaining design integrity and functionality is also a key responsibility. Cultivating strong relationships with local stakeholders, including permitting agencies, contractors, and consultants, is crucial for project success.
