Requirements

Candidates must have 6+ years of enterprise-level healthcare sales or strategic account management experience, with a proven ability to understand enterprise customer needs and translate them into achievable goals. Experience in SaaS companies within the healthcare industry is required, along with a track record of owning commercial targets and revenue retention/growth. Excellent verbal, written communication, presentation, and articulation skills with meticulous attention to detail are essential. The ability to make thoughtful, actionable recommendations and quickly build consensus with senior-level stakeholders is crucial, as is the capacity to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Account Executive will be responsible for owning retention and growth strategy, managing executive relationships, and ensuring strategic alignment with leading health system partners. This includes leading relationship cultivation to identify new verticals and growth areas, participating in key client meetings to drive strategic alignment and product education, and developing account plans to build a network of key contacts. The role involves owning the full sales cycle for expansion opportunities, codifying account management processes for retention and growth, and providing iterative feedback to product and solutions teams based on market insights. Additionally, the executive will collaborate internally with sales, deployments, marketing, and solutions teams to evolve the product and service offerings.
