Requirements

Responsibilities

The Technical Director will lead and mentor a team of Salesforce solution architects, recruit and grow technical talent, and drive technical career development. Responsibilities include defining and enforcing solution architecture standards, conducting solution reviews, and collaborating with delivery leaders to drive continuous improvement. The role also involves championing AI and automation, serving in client-facing roles to understand business needs and support project escalations, providing strategic direction for presales proposals and estimations, and partnering with sales leadership to shape pursuit strategies and craft winning proposals.
