SailPoint is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Digital Sales Representative to drive sales growth. This role emphasizes proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics within target accounts. You will collaborate with field sales counterparts (Outside Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Channel Partners) to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing SailPoint accounts. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, organizational abilities, persuasion skills, and a solid understanding of digital sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Current experience in Enterprise Software Sales in an ISR (Information Security Resources) type of role.
  • Proven ability to close deals successfully.
  • Must reside in the Austin (hybrid) or DC area.
  • SLED (Security Logistics and Environmental Design) experience is preferred, but not required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Utilize strategic sales tactics to maximize revenue in target accounts.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience using the SailPoint sales model.
  • Collaborate with field sales counterparts (Outside Account Executives, SEs, Channel Partners) to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell.
  • Complete the Getting Started Checklist, including relevant coursework and training.
  • Familiarize yourself with the High-Level Function Org Chart.
  • Learn the SailPoint pitch.
  • Meet the team, including Digital Sales, AEs, Marketing, Channel, and Sales Leadership.
  • Demonstrate prospecting efforts using LinkedIn, 6Sense, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
  • Walk your manager through your prospecting efforts.
