Proven success managing a team quota of $2M+, consistently exceeding revenue objectives, and scaling outbound sourced ARR are essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of coaching and developing team members, possess intermediate business acumen with a strong understanding of forecasting and budget management, and demonstrate data-driven decision-making skills. Expertise in sales processes, product knowledge, talent acquisition, transparent performance management, negotiation, and inspirational communication are also required.
