Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role within a B2B SaaS company, preferably in the Public Sector/Government space. Proven success managing a team quota of $2M+, consistently exceeding revenue objectives, and scaling outbound sourced ARR are essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of coaching and developing team members, possess intermediate business acumen with a strong understanding of forecasting and budget management, and demonstrate data-driven decision-making skills. Expertise in sales processes, product knowledge, talent acquisition, transparent performance management, negotiation, and inspirational communication are also required.

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager will lead a Mid-Market Sales Team focused on the Government sector, driving sales results and capturing market share. Responsibilities include managing the team's daily activities such as prospecting, funnel management, forecasting, and negotiation. The manager will mentor Account Executives, accelerate performance through key activities, and align team execution with division-wide goals. This role involves recommending process and strategy changes to improve performance, motivating the team through coaching and mentorship, leading team meetings, and collaborating with peers and other departments. Additionally, the manager will handle people management duties including hiring, performance management, and compensation, while cultivating career paths for team members.
