Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have 1-2 years of sales experience in education, technology, or related sectors, with K12 market experience being a plus. Demonstrated ability to prospect and convert leads, strong verbal and written communication skills, self-motivation, results-driven attitude, excellent time management, and a customer-focused attitude are essential. Travel up to 30% within the assigned territory is required.

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales goals by prospecting, identifying, and qualifying new sales opportunities. Engage with potential clients, including schools, to understand their needs and offer solutions, developing relationships with key decision-makers. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM system, provide product demonstrations, and collaborate with the sales team. Participate in training, attend industry events, and conduct research to identify supporting businesses and community partners. Engage with community leaders to promote STEM development and perform administrative duties including tracking sales activities and reporting progress.
