The Manager of SLED Account Management will lead and motivate a team of Account Managers to achieve renewal, expansion, and upsell targets, driving revenue growth and retention. This role involves managing client health, collaborating with Customer Support and Sales teams to enhance product penetration, and optimizing contracts for renewals. Responsibilities also include scaling and mentoring the sales team, developing sales strategies, monitoring performance, providing coaching, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and improve forecasting.
