Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
5+ years in manufacturing and digital transformation
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Knowledge of SAP S/4 (PP, PP-PI, Plant Maintenance), MES, OT software (OPC, Historians)
Familiarity with IT infrastructure and validation standards (e.g., GAMP)
Fluent in English (French or Portuguese is a plus)

Responsibilities

Lead IT/OT teams across multiple sites in a matrix setup
Coordinate digital demands from ideation to implementation
Build strong relationships with site leaders and global stakeholders
