Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification (or equivalency of education, training, and/or directly related experience)
  • 2+ years of experience providing knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform job duties
  • Hands-on experience handling validated systems
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in IT and business transformation
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Change control (CR) processes in a regulated environment (21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, GxP)
  • REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies) experience
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check (including drug screen)
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Project Manager certification (PMP, PMI-ACP) preferred
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, TestRail, and CI/CD understanding preferred
  • Experience using Planview or other PPM tools preferred
  • Validated experience leading complex IT/business transformation projects preferred
  • IT data migrations experience preferred
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP or CAPM preferred
  • Familiarity with REMS processes, FDA interactions, and life sciences program operations
  • Knowledge of cloud integration patterns, data governance, and compliance reporting

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end delivery of REMS IT projects (Salesforce Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, integrations, data migrations, and reporting solutions)
  • Oversee planning, scope, timelines, and budgets using Agile/Waterfall hybrid methodologies
  • Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, QA/Validation, Data Migration, and Release Management teams
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between business, compliance, validation, and IT teams
  • Handle requirements through Jira/Confluence and ensure full traceability to validation artifacts (URS, FRS, PQ)
  • Define and run change requests (CRs) following established validation and audit processes
  • Ensure data migration strategy, mapping, and validation align with system and program requirements
  • Partner with external vendors and internal team members to ensure successful integrations (MuleSoft, SFTP, AWS, etc.)
  • Track project risks, issues, and dependencies; maintain RAID logs and communicate status to leadership
  • Support release planning, environment strategy (Dev, SIT, Validation, UAT, Production), and post-deployment validation
