Candidates should possess over 5 years of marketing experience, either agency, client-side, or B2B/B2C marketing. Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Iterable, or Mailchimp is necessary, along with strong project management and client-facing experience. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Partner Marketing, Creative, and Engineering teams, are essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, experience in marketing automation and workflow optimization, and the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment are also required. Preferred qualifications include experience in marketing operations or lifecycle marketing, and experience within a Health-Tech or Virtual Health environment.
The Digital Associate will lead the execution of custom marketing solutions, developing scalable frameworks for client-specific communications to support new member activation, engagement, and retention. They will act as a primary liaison between Partner Marketing and Growth Marketing, ensuring client requests are met efficiently. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients as a subject matter expert, sharing campaign insights, and developing case studies and playbooks. The role involves owning the execution of client-specific marketing solutions, shifting towards standardized, scalable packages, and expanding creative template development. Additionally, the associate will manage automation workflows, build a library of standardized campaign packages, develop a centralized deliverables calendar, and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and introduce automation. Tracking campaign performance, applying a test-and-learn approach, documenting findings in a self-service model, and sharing insights across teams are also key duties.
