The role requires the ability to sit for long periods, stand, walk, talk, hear, and occasionally climb stairs or ride elevators. Employees must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds and manipulate a keyboard, operate a telephone, and hand-held devices.
The Virtual Sales Specialist will launch new products, promote established brands, and drive performance in a remote setting. Responsibilities include maximizing sales opportunities using a proprietary routing tool, profiling and managing targeted healthcare professionals, and managing daily sales call activity to meet objectives. The specialist will develop and execute strategic business plans, engage effectively with physicians and other healthcare providers virtually across multiple subspecialties, manage virtual relationships, utilize data sources to maximize strategies, attain or exceed sales and profit goals, and manage territory-specific information through the Sales Force CRM system.
