Responsibilities

Own adoption: Turn users into engaged, productive, and vocal champions of Conduct
Run technical implementations: Work with engineers to set up and configure the Conduct platform at customer sites, ensuring it works no matter what
Drive bottom-up usage: Deliver platform onboardings, trainings, and bootcamps that make Conduct stick
Expand usage: Hunt for new problems inside accounts, shape them into use cases, and make them real
Speak two languages: Translate between IT and business, explaining ERP to executives and business outcomes to engineers
Shape the product: Act as the feedback loop, bringing user insights back to the product team with clarity and conviction
Build the playbook: Define how Conduct scales this function as one of the first Deployment Strategists
