  • Expertise in overseeing development and delivery of comprehensive, engaging, effective, and up-to-date training programs, courses, and materials for product releases and methodologies
  • Skills in building and executing agile delivery mechanisms to match the speed of product innovation
  • Proven track record in driving adoption of new technologies and product innovations through impactful training strategies
  • Capability to enable skill building and self-sufficiency for customers, partners, and employees across all skill levels, impacting implementation and delivery outcomes
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Presales, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams
  • Experience in designing, developing, and managing robust certification paths and programs

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the strategic vision for the Product Training & Education team, aligning with company-wide goals and product roadmaps
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
  • Oversee development and delivery of training programs, courses, and materials for all product releases, major launches, and feature updates
  • Build and execute agile delivery mechanisms to ensure training materials keep pace with product innovation
  • Drive adoption of new technology and product innovations among customers, partners, and employees
  • Enable customers, implementation partners, and employees to build skills, achieve self-sufficiency, and improve implementation/delivery outcomes
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Presales, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams for seamless integration of training into product cycles and go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate on product innovation, design/develop/manage certification programs to validate proficiency and advance platform awareness
  • Oversee administration and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS)
