  • Proven success in owning website performance and leading SEO and CRO initiatives end-to-end

Responsibilities

  • Design and own strategic demand gen programs that increase awareness, accelerate buyer journeys, and drive a qualified pipeline
  • Work across channels (organic, paid, email, webinars, content syndication, etc.) to align marketing efforts with buyer intent and revenue goals
  • Champion an always-on experimentation culture - identifying new tactics, channels, or technologies to test and optimize
  • Own the website - providing demand gen insights, conversion priorities, and campaign integration needs
  • Lead CRO efforts: conduct audits, A/B tests, heat mapping, and behavioral analytics to improve visitor-to-lead conversion
  • Partner with design, content, and development teams to implement conversion-focused updates across high-impact pages and lead capture paths
  • Develop and execute a robust SEO roadmap, including technical, on-page, and content optimization initiatives
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure SEO insights inform blog strategy, resource creation, and landing page development
  • Monitor keyword performance and site health, making recommendations for improvements based on analytics and search trends
  • Build and maintain reporting to monitor web performance, campaign ROI, and pipeline contribution
  • Collaborate with RevOps and Marketing Ops to ensure tracking, attribution, and funnel insights are accurate and actionable
  • Translate data into clear performance narratives that inform planning, prioritization, and team alignment
