Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a specific focus on SEO and CRO in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles
  • Proven experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., VWO, Optimizely)
  • Proficiency or strong familiarity with Contentful, Builder.io, HubSpot, and Amplitude (or ability to work effectively with these tools)
  • Experience conducting keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog

Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery and performance of the digital storefront; manage, optimize, and execute growth marketing efforts centered on SEO and CRO; implement technical changes, content updates, and lead the A/B testing program
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product marketing, engineering, PR, and partner marketing teams; present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Prioritize, pivot quickly, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes as an individual contributor reporting to the Lead, Growth Marketing
  • Optimize digital channels:
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings, including visibility in new search features
  • Manage ongoing technical and tactical SEO updates in partnership with product and engineering
  • Lead CRO initiatives: funnel analysis, user journey optimization, and A/B testing (VWO, Optimizely, or similar)
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
  • Collaborate with content and PR teams to apply SEO best practices across campaigns
  • Manage website content & operations:
  • Act as marketing lead for website migration projects and support brand refresh rollout
  • Oversee website content updates (product launches, feature updates, legal pages, PR, blog), using Contentful and Builder.io
  • Manage publishing workflow for SEO-driven content (ideation, briefing, compliance review, publishing)
  • Partner with marketing operations and PR to support pressroom updates, banners, and HubSpot asset management
  • Maintain marketplace landing pages with timely updates and consistency
  • Evaluate and introduce AI-driven content production tools (e.g., AirOps) to accelerate workflows
  • Drive data-informed decisions:
  • Set up and execute A/B and multivariate tests; document results and best practices
  • Own dashboards and reporting (Amplitude, Looker Studio, Google Analytics); provide actionable insights on SEO, CRO, and overall digital performance
  • Deliver clear readouts and recommendations to internal stakeholders through regular reporting cadences (weekly, monthly, campaign-based)
