Requirements

  • Experience in Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related discipline
  • 3+ years’ experience in logistics or warehouse operations, ideally with last-mile delivery
  • Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs to guide decisions
  • Proficient in logistics systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Background in e-commerce, courier, or delivery service operations
  • Familiarity with delivery management platforms and routing optimisation tools

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day delivery station operations, including planning, resource allocation, and execution of last-mile deliveries
  • Lead, motivate and manage a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Conduct daily team briefings to align staff with targets and reinforce company values
  • Ensure adequate staffing and resource levels to meet changing operational demands
  • Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture focused on accountability and development
  • Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvements to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Resolve service issues promptly to ensure smooth delivery operations
  • Maintain compliance with all safety, security, and quality standards
  • Work cross-functionally with transport, HR, and customer service teams to support business goals
