Responsibilities

  • Maintain a state of readiness to receive dispatches from grid operators and utilities
  • Execute dispatches across grid operator and utility programs
  • Maximize customer participation in dispatches through a dispatch management process
  • Lead internal communication during dispatches
  • Capture lessons learned following a dispatch
  • Track and follow through on customer inquiries or issues
  • Facilitate the daily transition between teams
  • Leverage data to identify, diagnose, and resolve customer performance issues
  • Maintain a repository of best practices and lessons learned
  • Ensure swift diagnosis, action, and resolution on lessons learned
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support process documentation, stakeholder communications, and customer readiness
  • Work cross-functionally to complete program milestones
  • Create and deliver seasonal communications to customers
  • Take ownership of reporting tools and ad hoc analysis projects
  • Assist in the operation of grid operator and utility programs in the CAISO territory
  • Assist in the operation of Voltus’s market testing processes
