  • Proven, high-performing manager with a strong technical or business background
  • Experience working in a similar Transformation focused role, where delivery and execution of projects is key
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management
  • Innate ability to be positive, proactive, and process-driven, combined with an exceptional eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with the ability to influence and lead without direct authority
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Establish and Own the Governance Model: Shape, manage, and drive a rigorous Transformation cadence
  • Ensure Strategic Momentum: Proactively track and escalate Workstream progress and critical actions
  • Shape the Narrative: Produce and disseminate high-impact, relevant strategic communications
  • Elevate Workstream Performance: Act as a strategic partner to the Chief Performance Officer (CPO) and WSLs
  • Orchestrate Delivery: Lead the coordination of the transformation, liaising with Business Champions and support teams
  • Solve Complex Inquiries: Direct and coordinate the capacity of the TO Analyst team
  • Mentor High-Performing Talent: Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and capability development to the Transformation Office Analysts
  • Own Team Output: Be ultimately accountable for the high quality and strategic relevance of all work products delivered by the Transformation Office team
