6–8 years of experience in event operations, logistics, or program management
Preferably within tech, fintech, or crypto industries
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute multiple mid-to-large-scale events end-to-end

Responsibilities

Execute 6 medium-small scale external events with operational excellence
Create a repeatable events playbook
Plan and execute CoinTracker’s presence at crypto conferences
Partner with internal teams to deliver high-impact activations and relationship-building events
Build scalable event systems and operational processes
