Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
5+ years of experience in perishable operations, merchandising, or related field
Proven track record of driving sales and profitability growth

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Responsibilities
Executional Excellence: Collaborate with Sr. Director of Perishables to execute merchandising programs, marketing campaigns, and product flows across all club locations
Executional Excellence: Work with regional and club teams to maintain consistent standards in quality, ordering, training, and production
Data Analysis and Insights: Achieve Perishable sales and profitability plans for the region by leveraging data to assess sales and profitability performance, merchandising effectiveness, and operational efficiency
Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to generate actionable insights, identify trends, and address opportunities for improvement
Team Member Development: Develop Club Manager, Fresh Manager, and Meat Manager skills to drive consistently high levels of execution, operational excellence, and member service
Team Member Development: Foster a culture of continuous improvement through ongoing data analysis of trends, strength, and opportunities
Communication and Collaboration: Establish strong communication channels with Sr. Director of Perishables, CSC team, Club Operations, and DC Operations to address concerns, share insights, and align on strategic objectives
Training and Succession Planning: Work collaboratively with Sr Director and Talent team to drive high execution of training programs that focus on perishable operations and merchandising
