Requirements

Ability to collaborate closely with Sr. Director of Perishables, regional and club teams, CSC team, Club Operations, DC Operations, and Merchandising teams
Proficiency in leveraging data analysis tools and methodologies to assess sales, profitability, merchandising effectiveness, and operational efficiency
Skills in identifying trends, generating actionable insights, and implementing merchandising strategies for chain-wide consistency
Experience in developing Club Manager, Fresh Manager, and Meat Manager skills to drive execution, operational excellence, and member service
Capability to foster a culture of continuous improvement through data analysis
Strong communication skills to establish channels and align on strategic objectives
Financial accountability for overseeing clubs in the region

Responsibilities

Oversee and drive high level of execution and operational excellence within a network of clubs
Ensure efficient execution of merchandising priorities, displays, sales initiatives, merchandising programs, marketing campaigns, and product flows across club locations
Maintain consistent standards in quality, ordering, training, and production to drive sales and enhance member experience
Identify areas of opportunity for improvement in club execution and implement merchandising strategies for chain-wide consistency
Achieve Perishable sales and profitability plans for the region by leveraging data to assess performance
Utilize analytical tools to generate actionable insights, identify trends, and address operational challenges or opportunities
Collaborate with clubs, regional teams, and Merchandising teams to analyze sales and merchandising data
Develop skills of Club Manager, Fresh Manager, and Meat Manager to drive high execution, operational excellence, and member service
Foster a culture of continuous improvement through ongoing data analysis of trends, strengths, and opportunities
Establish strong communication channels with Sr. Director of Perishables, CSC team, Club Operations, and DC Operations to address concerns, share insights, and align on strategic objectives
Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure product selection and offerings align with merchandising segmentation strategy
Work with Sr. Director and Talent team to drive high execution of training programs
Report directly to the Sr. Director of Perishables with financial accountability for the clubs overseen
