The Field Specialist will develop and maintain customer contacts within a designated territory, running Product Knowledge (PK) events with stores and contractors at retail locations and in the field. They will work with stores and contractors to generate project material lists, field product technical calls, generate new leads through various programs, and visit contractors and stores as per the proposal schedule. Furthermore, they will prepare reports and correspondence as needed, assisting Account Managers in the sales process and introducing new products and services.
