The ideal candidate must live in the Atlanta or Nashville areas and have a proven track record of leading a used vehicle department with verifiable and proven results. A deep understanding of the vehicle remarketing value chain and 8+ years of in-store experience in relevant roles are required.
Drive adoption of the Accu-Trade appraisal platform throughout dealer operations, own dealer retention for the customer portfolio, and track cancellations and their drivers. Share best practices with dealers, interact with senior dealership decision makers to provide platform performance overviews, and drive performance through reporting and dealership execution. Serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for Accu-Trade processes, act as the 'voice of the dealer' to ensure internal needs are met, and connect post-sale product performance to pre-sale onboarding. Own Accu-Trade post-sale performance reporting, optimize sales and operational efficiency, and assist in-person with critical accounts as needed.
