Candidates must have a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in the Electric Vehicle industry, along with manufacturing and supply chain industry experience. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets, unparalleled verbal and written communication skills, and a firm grasp of product development and related business requirements are essential. Experience driving consultative, solution-based sales and expanding within strategic accounts is also required.
The Senior Account Executive will work closely with companies to understand their business goals, decision-making structures, and product roadmaps to configure optimal solutions. They will identify and develop prototyping and production-class manufacturing programs, coordinate Fictiv team efforts, and deliver sales presentations and organize meetings to build relationships and grow customer lifetime value. Responsibilities include prospecting, meeting sales quotas, maintaining accurate forecasting in Salesforce, generating new business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, representing the company at industry events, becoming an expert in customer needs, expanding Fictiv's reputation, traveling to meet customers, and collaborating cross-functionally to win deals.
