Requirements

Candidates must possess a 4-year college degree and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Deal Desk or Sales Operations within a SaaS company. A bias towards velocity, a customer-first perspective, and experience supporting a high volume of global/multinational customers and deals are required. Strong business partnering skills, excellent understanding of deal support/commercial topics including pricing and contracting, and familiarity with SaaS revenue recognition policies are essential. Proficiency with computer applications such as Google Suite and Slack is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Deal Desk Manager will provide expert guidance to the Sales field and Customer Success on deal structuring, pricing, redlining, and contract management. They will participate in deal reviews with Sales leadership to drive account-level strategy, ensuring deals are structured and processed efficiently in alignment with company policies. Responsibilities include modeling deal scenarios, representing the Deal Desk in forecast calls, reviewing and approving contracts, drafting modifications, and resolving day-to-day queries from Sales and Account Management teams. The role also involves supporting sales enablement through training initiatives and driving process improvements.
