Requirements

Candidates must possess a strong knowledge of Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and the quote-to-cash process. Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, MS Access querying, and reporting tools like MS Excel, Power Automate, Power Pivot, and Power BI is required. Experience with Data Loader, middleware integration between Salesforce and ERP solutions (e.g., Netsuite), and familiarity with relational database and client-server concepts are also necessary. The ability to manage projects independently, meet deadlines, prioritize requests, and adapt to new technologies is essential, along with strong organizational, detail-oriented, and self-motivated work habits.

Responsibilities

The Senior Systems Analyst will analyze business problems, document findings, and recommend technical solutions, including creating, updating, and managing SKUs. This role involves testing designs, managing QA and UAT, and rolling out new processes and procedures. Responsibilities include managing Salesforce data feeds and integrations, analyzing and optimizing business operations, identifying data trends and deficiencies, and monitoring business system performance. Additionally, the analyst will collect, analyze, and report data for accurate invoicing and SKU counts, ensure timely report delivery, and provide support to cross-functional teams, potentially coaching other team members.
