Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact across all organizational levels are critical. Candidates must be self-starters, able to work proficiently with limited supervision, possess excellent organization skills, focus on customer satisfaction, provide timely and accurate results, and be able to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently. Attention to detail is essential, and proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and BAMS is necessary. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
The Associate, Contract Development is responsible for leading the completion of redlines for RFP and/or RFI documents and assisting with template agreements for Medical Product Therapies, Pharmaceuticals, or Health Systems and Technologies. This role provides analytical and transitional support to Commercial Operations functions and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Corporate Legal teams. Responsibilities include leading RFPs/RFIs with terms and conditions templates, reviewing and negotiating business RFP and RFI contract correspondences, and participating in process innovation to identify procedural gaps and drive improvements. The role involves communicating with Sales to understand customer needs, providing operational support to Marketing for product launches and promotional pricing, and contributing to the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures.
