Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Associate's Degree with at least 2 years of experience in Deal Management, Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, or Business Operations, preferably in contracting, procurement, or billing operations, or a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience if no degree is held. A diligent, detail-oriented skill set is required to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain organization. The role also requires a self-starter attitude with a "can do" approach.

Responsibilities

The Deal Desk Analyst will establish trusted working relationships with Deal Desk team members, Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, Commercial Finance, and Sales. They will ensure deal momentum, provide excellent customer service to sales partners, and troubleshoot issues with deal velocity, especially during month and quarter end. The analyst will utilize spreadsheets for in-depth data analysis to support deal structuring and pricing decisions for strategic customers. They will also help educate and guide the Sales and GTM Operations Team on proper internal contracting policies and processes. Additionally, the role involves providing end-to-end quote to signature support for AEs, including CPQ quote building, pricing and order form approvals assistance, OF creation, Docusign execution, and opportunity closure. Under supervision, the analyst will collaborate with sales to create non-standard language requests for contracting in compliance with corporate policies.
