Requirements

Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in finance systems, business analysis, or solution architecture, with a mix of strategic and hands-on experience. A strong understanding of core Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including revenue recognition and billing, is essential. Experience in designing and implementing scalable finance systems within high-growth environments is required, along with familiarity with SOX and ASC 606 regulations.

Responsibilities

The Lead, Finance Systems & Strategy Analyst will lead the design and implementation of future-state finance system architecture, translating business needs into scalable, integrated solutions across core financial processes. This role involves gathering requirements, mapping processes, creating user stories, and leading user acceptance testing. The analyst will also identify opportunities for AI and automation in financial operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations like SOX, and support month-end close and audit documentation. Additionally, they will mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of operating models for the finance systems function.
