The Pricing Analyst will develop expertise in single-family residential investing strategies, understand client requirements, and integrate them into real estate discovery and evaluation models. They will prepare and package data for client reports, create and prepare documents for project completion, analyze real estate data and valuations, assist other analysts in model refinement, underwrite disposition opportunities, locate investment opportunities, consolidate and cleanse data for property underwriting, prepare reports and summaries, and monitor real estate trends to provide market analysis.
